"Shipping was frustrating"
I was really annoyed with how long shipping took. At first I thought maybe I was just being impatient, but no, it definitely arrived late, and the tracking somehow made things more confusing instead of helpful.

"Customer service was slow"
I did eventually get an answer, but the wait was longer than I expected and kind of frustrating. It’s good that they responded in the end, but the slow customer service left a bad impression.

"I ended up getting a completely..."
I ended up getting a completely different plant than the one I ordered, and the delivery was way later than expected. The weird thing I remember is that the box had this big neon green sticker on it that said “fragile,” but somehow everything about the order still felt off. Frustrating overall.

"Expected healthier plants"
I was really looking forward to getting these, but they showed up in rougher shape than I expected. A couple had yellowing leaves and the soil was dry when I opened the box. I planted them right away and tried to give them some care, but one of them never really bounced back. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did think they’d arrive looking a bit stronger.

"Too expensive for what I needed"
I’m sure it might be worth it for someone who plans to use it a lot or needs all the extra features, but for my situation, the price just felt way too high. I couldn’t really justify spending that much on it.

"In the end, all the plants made it..."
In the end, all the plants made it and are growing nicely, so I’m happy with the order overall. I bought a few this spring, and one of them looked a little rough when it first arrived, but after a couple weeks they all started putting out new growth. Shipping was okay, but the box did show up beat up, so I’m taking off one star for that.

The box showed up looking kind of rough, at least from what I remember, but the plant itself was mostly okay. I don’t recall seeing any major damage, so overall I’d say it turned out fine
